Insofy builds your page with your services, hours, phone and address. It goes live at insofy.com/biz/your-business when your business is approved.
Get a local number.
After approval, ask for a number in the chat, or request one on your Profile page. Insofy offers a number near your business and buys it after your yes. Answering starts when your number is ready.

A caller to an Insofy business hears the business's own greeting, then the questions the owner set.
Phone answering starts after your business is approved.
- Work you have said you don't do is declined politely, and the decline is recorded.
- A request that fits one of your services can get a site visit booked on your schedule, when a time works.
- When no time works, or the job isn't on your list, the caller's answers are taken and you get a callback to make.
- The assistant gives no advice on the work. That stays with you, at the visit.

Insofy for business gives a business a website that search engines and AI assistants can read, answers its calls with the owner's own questions, and can book a visit. The owner sets it up by chat.
Can Insofy book site visits?
Insofy for business can book a site visit for a trades business, when the request matches one of your listed services and a time works. The caller's answers ride with the visit. When no time works, the caller gets a callback from you.
Does it replace my booking or invoicing software?
Insofy for business does not replace your booking or invoicing software. It is the front door: it brings you the enquiry with the details. You keep the tools you use to quote, invoice and run the job.
How long does setup take?
Setup for Insofy for business is a chat, done in steps: pick your type, tell it your questions, snap your services sheet, set up your page, and, once approved, ask for a number. Each step is one question and one yes. You can stop and come back.
What happens when a caller asks for work I don't do?
When a caller asks for work you have declined, the assistant declines politely and says the business does not take that work. The decline is recorded, so you can see what callers wanted. Work that is not on your list and not declined is not refused: the caller's answers are taken and passed to you for a callback.
Will my business show up in search and AI assistants?
Insofy publishes a page for your business that search engines and AI assistants can read: plain text, plus structured data with your services, hours, phone and address, listed in insofy.com's sitemap and llms.txt. Each page also has a JSON twin for AI agents. Where a search engine ranks the page is up to the search engine.
Can I change my services or hours later?
Services and hours change by chat. "We close at 9 on Sundays" or "We do basements now too" becomes one question and one yes, and the change reaches your website and your phone.
